Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 8 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or Australian public holidays. During busier periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Times

We currently ship Australia wide.

Delivery is estimated at 1 to 3 weeks from dispatch. These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Orders over $79 AUD qualify for free shipping, which is automatically applied at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 8 business days, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it. If you notice an error shortly after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@lazywhisker.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Items

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, please contact us at hello@lazywhisker.com and we will investigate it with the carrier.

If a parcel is marked as delivered to the address provided, our options may be limited, but we will always do our best to assist.
