Return Eligibility & Exclusions
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been used, scratched, or damaged by pets or humans after delivery
- Items with visible pet hair, stains, or odour that indicate use
- Products that have been assembled or modified from their original packaging state
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty on arrival)
Items Eligible for Return / Exchange
- Posted with Australia Post within 30 days of delivery
- In new condition — unopened, unassembled, unused, and free from pet hair or damage
- Free from scratches, stains, or signs of wear
- Includes original packaging, tags, and all included materials
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
Note: All returns are subject to assessment under our returns policy. Lazy Whisker reserves the right to decline a return if the item does not meet the above criteria. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
